I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your charter services of October 31st through November 1st, 2008.  From the very first phone call until the busses completed the final drop, I found everything handled in the best possible way.  The process of making the arrangements for the weekend was handled in a very professional manner. Even though we were quoted a lower price from another charter service, you were willing to work with us to make the price comparable and affordable. The contract was sent in a proper manner and presented your company in a very favorable light with its neat and orderly layout. Even when we let the deposit deadline slip by, you made sure to alert us and allow us a few days leniency for its submission.

I also want to make sure you realize how fortunate you are in your employees, Ricky and Fred. I was very comfortable placing the care of the whole group including my own son in their hands.
